Registration is closed.General Information
All fees listed on this site and the registration forms include particpation in the main conference CONTEXT'11, all affiliated workshops and the doctoral colloquium. There is no separate fee for workshop participation, all attendees have to register for the main conference. Included in the fees are refreshments, coffee and lunch for all conference days, a free volume of the conference proceedings, a booklet containing the program and demo abstracts, the welcome reception, participation in the social event and the conference dinner.
At least one author of each accepted paper, poster, demo, video for CONTEXT'11 or any of the affilated events must register for the full conference. Payment must be received in a timely manner and cancellation for authors is not possible. The same conditions apply for workshop organizers.
All prices are listed in EUR (current exchange rate 1,00 EUR ~ 1,44 USD). For cancellations and refunds, please see the terms below. Germany is part of the Schengen area, please refer to the information page of the Foreign Office for further information on your visa requirements.
Fees and Prices
In addition to the standard rate, there are several discounts for early-bird and/or student registrations. For a complete overview, please see the table below:

The following items are covered by any of the registration fees above:
- Participation in the main conference sessions
- Participation in a workshop or doctoral colloquium
- One volume of the CONTEXT'11 proceeding
- One copy of the program, including demo and video abstracts
- Wireless internet access at the conference venue
- Coffee - all you can drink
- Lunch on all conference days
- One ticket for the welcome reception
- One ticket for the social event, including dinner

On-Site Registration and Payment
On-site registration will be possible, the fees are equal to the late fees listed above. Please note that this will also be handled through the online registration system using credit card payments. Hence, we do not accept on-site payment in cash or by cheque.

Insurance and Refunds
The conference organization will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during CONTEXT'11. Participants are recommended to arrange for their personal travel and health insurance.
Cancellations have to be made in written form and send to us via mail or fax before the appropriate deadline, please check the RegOnline system for our contact information. All early-bird registrations that are canceled before July 24th, can be refunded to the full amount except for registration and payment processing fees charged by RegOnline (approx. 20,- EUR). After July 24th, cancellation of all registrations will be charged with a cancellation fee of 150,- EUR. Cancellations after September 20th are not refundable. Please note, that for authors and workshop organizers cancellation is not possible. Its is possible for all attendees to name a stand-in and update their record in the RegOnline system accordingly.
