Doctoral Colloquium

CONTEXT'11 will host a doctoral colloquium to give PhD students a forum to present their current work and discuss it with other leading scientist in the interdisciplinary research area of CONTEXT.


The doctoral colloquium preceding CONTEXT'11 intends

Topics include but are not limited to the ones listed in the CfP of the main conference.

Acceptance Criteria

Submissions to the doctoral colloquium will be evaluated both for their technical merit and for their accessibility to an interdisciplinary audience. Work crossing disciplinary boundaries is especially encouraged. Accepted abstracts will be presented in the doctoral consortium and authors will have the chance to discuss their work with the audience.


All abstracts accepted for the doctoral colloquium will be included in the adjunct proceedings, which can be acquired at the conference.

Submission Procedure

Submissions must follow the requirements and instructions of the main conference. Submissions should be prepared in the Springer LNAI format and cannot exceed 4 pages. A PDF version of the submission must be sent by e-mail to the doctoral consortium chair at context11-dc@teco.edu.

Registration

Accepted authors must register and attend the colloquium to present their work, in order to have it included in the adjunct proceedings.
